If there’s only one book of these I had to point you to, I think it would be Night School. Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to approach changes to diet or mental health but getting good sleep is an essential foundation for any positive change and the practical help in this book as well as the understanding it provides you with (I suffer from night terrors and found this book reassuring) are priceless.
